Dana has been making cakes since she was in middles school. She thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of making special cakes for her children's birthdays, matching designs to the imaginative themes her children would request. Dana only uses buttercream for her cakes, limiting fondant and modeling chocolate to detail work only. There is just nothing like the flavor combination of scratch cake and buttercream.
